Returns & Refunds

Exchanges

If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a replacement.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us and specify whether you want a refund or replacement. Where possible, cybermetals.com will provide replacement parts such as capsules or boxes.

If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.

Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us.

Where the incorrect items were shipped, cybermetals.com will be responsible for all additional courier and shipping charges.

Refunds

Clients may return any items purchased within 14 days of payment for a full refund.

Items returned must be undamaged and complete i.e. contain all relevant certificates and contents.

Shipping and courier fees are not refundable.

All refunds are paid via electronic banking within 10 - 15 working days after the return of the products. Clients must ensure that the correct banking details are submitted. Cybermetals.co.za will not be held liable should a client submit incorrect banking details.

Refunds will only be paid once the items have been received and inspected by cybermetals.co.za
